In our thirty years of business, A T.E.E.M. has worked on over 2500 design, construction and SCADA projects. This includes providing design and construction services for sewer lift stations, tank sites, booster pump stations, water wells, filters for wells, water treatment plants, storm drain stations, sewer lift stations, wastewater treatment plants, SCADA systems (designs, implementations and troubleshooting), and pressure reducing stations. With our trained professional engineers we also provide electrical structure evaluations, radio path survey verification, and SCADA/PLC programming and training. All of our engineers are licensed Professional Engineers with the State of California.

A T.E.E.M’s staff experience includes hands on familiarity of process, equipment and control systems for the water and wastewater industry. Our unique experience proves invaluable in understanding industry standards for motor control, communications, PLC programming methods, and graphic screen setup. Our size and skill level gives A T.E.E.M. an advantage over our competition. We can complete projects with short notice or short time frames, offering seven days a week dedication. It is the company policy to match the design with the client's requirements, time and budget constraints.
Our team has accumulated a comprehensive electronic library of specifications and drawing detail utilizing the latest computer word processor, spreadsheet, database and computer aided drafting techniques. These resources are readily available and will be utilized as the foundation for all design projects. As a result, engineering time will primarily be used for aspects of the task specific to the client's scope of work.
SERVING THE YOUTH OF SACRAMENTO SINCE 2000
It's not enough for us to serve our clients, but it is also important to help the youth of Sacramento to develop into the engineers of tomorrow! Through our involvement with Society of Women Engineers, First Lego League and other volunteer organizations, we have spoken with elementary, middle and high school students about the water/wastewater system and careers in engineering.
